Cairn terms

Terms of Service

Draft MVP terms for test use. Counsel review is required before public launch.

Use of the service

Cairn helps organize caregiving administration. You are responsible for the information you enter, the people you invite, and deciding whether records are accurate enough for your own use.

Organizer, not advisor

Cairn does not provide medical, legal, tax, financial, or emergency advice. Do not use Cairn as an official medical record, legal file, pharmacy record, billing system, or emergency response system.

AI drafts

AI-generated intake is a draft only. A human must review, correct, accept, or reject each draft before it becomes a saved record.

Acceptable use and copying

You may use Cairn only for your own authorized family and care organization purposes. You may not copy, clone, resell, sublicense, or use Cairn to build a competing product or service.

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk extract, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise try to derive non-public parts of Cairn, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.

You may not use bots, automated agents, AI systems, or similar tools to extract, map, summarize, train on, benchmark against, or replicate Cairn's user interface, workflows, prompts, documentation, data model, or protected content without written permission.

Accounts and deletion

Account owners may export structured data and request deletion. Deletion is delayed by a grace period so accidental requests can be cancelled before irreversible removal.

Pre-launch status

This MVP is for test use while product, security, privacy, brand, and legal review are still in progress.
